ZAMBARTAS MATARO - YIANNOUDI 75CL

This unique blend combines two indigenous grape varieties, Mataro and Yiannoudi, resulting in a wine that showcases the distinctive characteristics of these grapes.

Mataro is a dark-skinned grape variety. It is known for its rich and full-bodied wines with flavors of dark fruits, spice, and earthy undertones. Yiannoudi, on the other hand, is a  grape variety native to Cyprus. It is characterized by its deep color, high acidity, and intense aromas of red fruits and herbs.

Zambartas Mataro-Yiannoudi, one can expect a complex and well-balanced wine with a deep ruby color. On the nose, it offers an enticing bouquet of ripe red fruits such as cherries and raspberries, accompanied by hints of black pepper and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is rich and velvety, with flavors of blackberries, plums, and dark chocolate. The wine displays a good structure with firm tannins and a long, lingering finish.
